Please first raise the build platform to its maximum height. Stop when reaching the limit. Turn the butterfly screws beneath the build platform to ensure 1mm gap between the nozzle and the build plate. Print a raft to check. If there’s very thin space between every two adjacent lines of the raft, you’ve leveled the build platform successfully. :)

Tip:The model which is smaller than 100x100mm,suggest you use ABS filament,if larger than 100x100mm,please use PLA filament.

Solution:Please first cut the filament trimly,then dip the tip of the filament in canola oil for a while before inserting it into the extruder.

Please don't worry.

The system will test the temperature of the machine firstly when you open the printer,theoretically,there is no temperature at all.Actually,the machine has the same temperature as the room.

Solution:

1.Find menu screen of the printer 

2.Press the button [info and settings]-[general settings]-[heated plate](tick no)
